Once party wall agreements and planning permissions are approved, and all plans and structural drawings are complete, we can usually begin your loft conversion within 2 weeks, depending on the availability of our builders.
We aim to schedule projects promptly to keep your timeline on track. We can cover the whole design and build process, from drawing up the plans, submitting them for approval and then building your loft conversion through our construction teams.

We recommend 2.3m of head height in your loft measured from the top of the floor joist to the bottom of the ridge beam. This ensures there’s enough usable space once new flooring and insulation are added. If your loft is just under this, there may still be options available, but we’d suggest booking a site visit so we can assess your property properly.
